HONOLULU OPEN JAPAN TRIP SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR
The Japan Trip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Blow Up, LLC dba ESPN Honolulu located at:
1000 Bishop St. Suite 202
Honolulu, HI 96813

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Hawaiʻi who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members include spouses, parents, siblings, children, and persons residing in the same household.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Hawaiʻi Standard Time and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Hawaiʻi Standard Time (“Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the official registration form available at pickleballtournaments.com during the Entry Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without registering, mail a handwritten postcard including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received by July 31, 2026.
Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:
• Roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) from Honolulu, Hawaiʻi to Tokyo
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000
Prize must be used in 2026.
Actual value may vary depending on travel dates and airfare costs. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All expenses not specifically listed above, including passports, travel insurance, transportation to and from airports, meals, gratuities, taxes, fees, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about July 31, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within ten (10) business days following the drawing.
If the potential winner: • Cannot be contacted; • Fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification; • Is found to be ineligible; or • Fails to complete any required documentation,
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, city of residence, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

9. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, public health concerns, acts of government, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will not be sold, shared, or added to any external marketing lists as a condition of entry.
